[FIT] OGIC Quarterly Meeting

The Review Materials<https://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/ogic_meetings.aspx> page contains items for OGIC members to review prior to the meeting.  There will likely be a few additional materials posted over the next few days, so please watch that site.  OGIC members will receive a message if new materials to be reviewed are added.  The web conference details are below.  This will be a shorter meeting to account for the web conference nature of the meeting.
