[FIT] OGIC review materials

After I sent the OGIC meeting calendar invitation with links to review materials for the meeting, DAS did a Sharepoint upgrade that wiped out all of the changes we had made to the website.  So many of you may have found that the links in my message don't work.  We're working to get this fixed and those links to the Agenda and other items should work again soon.  Very sorry for the inconvenience and confusion on this.
