[Floodplain_managers] Who can stamp FEMA Elevation Certificates in the State of Oregon

[Oregon Local Floodplain Managers]

Hi there,
I received a question in response to my last email on this subject regarding whether architects can sign ECs in the State of Oregon. OSBEELS does not license architects in Oregon so they were not able to address that question for me. I am following up with the Oregon State Board of Architect Examiners (OSBAE) and am currently waiting on a response from them. Once I receive an answer to that question from them I will send it out to all of you as a continuation of this email thread.
