[gpl_list] Cadastral FIT Data Sharing Agreement

As many of you know at GPL the Cadastral FIT received funds from DAS FIT
for the development of a data sharing agreement for the county cadastral
GIS data, including the ownership information. One of the questions that
the counties had was what state agencies do with the ownership
information, such as owner name and address. I talked with a couple
agencies at the GPL meeting yesterday, but wanted to ask everyone. Some
of the responses I got at GPL were; legal notices, public safety, and
"if they had the data they wouldn't need to contact the counties." So,
if you could get me this information by December 31, 2008 I would
appreciate it.
