[gpl_list] Disruption in Oregon Imagery Explorer service

We're experiencing technical problems with the Oregon Imagery Explorer,
resulting in a disruption of the 2005 streaming imagery service (WMS
service). We're working to correct this as soon as possible and
apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
