[gpl_list] New GPL Chair and December GPL Committee Meeting is Canceled

Good Afternoon Everyone,
 
Congratulation first go out to Diana Walker with the Oregon Department of Agriculture as the new GPL chair.
 
Due to scheduling conflicts the December GPL committee meeting will be canceled.  The next scheduled meeting will be January 11,2011.
