Hi folks, I brought up an issue yesterday at GPL that has the potential
to cause problems with GPS use across the country. The group agreed to
examine the information about this issue with the notion of possibly
asking for OGIC or other action soon. Ryan Dalton with OEM received the
link below that explains the issue in understandable terms and thought
it would be good for you all to see.

Cy,

Since you brought this up yesterday, I received this link via email from
a GIS user group in WA. I thought it might be worth passing on to the
rest of the group because it explains the issue in very understandable
terms.
