[gpl_list] Do you have a tiff of this seal

[Diana Walker]

This seal was on an old map printed back in mid 1990's.  Folks in one of our divisions would like to use it to create an updated version of the map.  
Do any of you have a copy of this seal in a high quality format to us in ArcGIS?
