[gpl_list] FW: County map application

We received this request at the DOR. I thought that this was the group to help since many of us (not me) are using ArcGIS online to do this type of thing. If you have suggestions will you please respond to Cecily directly?

We would like to display some of our data in an Oregon map by county. Like number of cases assigned to each county.  I know that agencies are providing some of their information that way, so thought I would check in with a few. Are you using a COTS or a custom application to do that? If it is a COTS which application are you using.

Again, any thoughts, direction, suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks,
