We would like to display some of our data in an Oregon map by county. Like number of cases assigned to each county.  I know that agencies are providing some of their information that way, so thought I would check in with a few. Are you using a COTS or a custom application to do that? If it is a COTS which application are you using.

Again, any thoughts, direction, suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks,
