Folks:

Please find attached the corrected version of the Authoritative Data Doc/PDF for your review.   Sorry for sending out the wrong version the other day; I was hoping to discuss all this at Tuesdays GPL meeting but I have been home sick on antibiotics and didn't want to expose anyone to what I have.

So what we need to do now is have folks review the document and then report back any comments or changes before tomorrow at lunchtime Dec 10, 2015, so we can send along to OGIC ASAP.  While I know this is a short time frame I would appreciate your attention with this matter.

The review team of Rachel Smith, Cy Smith, Don Pettit, and Eric Brandt have done a wonderful job with this effort and so I am thinking you really like what they have done here.
