Who: This workshop will be ideal for program leads who'd like to leverage these tools within their field workflows or GIS leads who'd like to sharpen their skills in bringing these options to their organizations.


Session 1

  *   Overview of the ArcGIS Field Apps
  *   Customer user stories
  *   Collector for ArcGIS
     *   Review what it is, fundamentals
     *   New feature layer options in AGOL - how to get started easily
     *   Discuss new Aurora release
     *   Basic coverage of high precision data collection
     *   Offline workflows
     *   Hands on - create new feature layer in AGOL
  *   Survey123 for ArcGIS
     *   Cover the workflow of using surveys: author - collect - report
     *   Creating surveys with web designer
     *   Creating surveys with Survey123 Connect
     *   Editing existing survey data, discuss key feature highlights like using with Spike device
     *   Show reporting capabilities in website, integration with the rest of the AGOL platform
     *   Hands on - complete a survey and explore some functionality
  *   Workforce for ArcGIS
     *   Explain what it is, how it is used
     *   How it can integrate with the other previous apps
     *   Show create project and assignments, app integration
     *   Hands on - Create new project, use Collector and Survey with Workforce

     *   Explanation and Basic Demo
     *   Licensing
  *   Explorer for ArcGIS
     *   Explain what it is, how it is used
  *   Ops Dashboard for ArcGIS
     *   Explain what it is, functionality - how it can work with the ArcGIS Field Apps
     *   Show real customer example dashboards
     *   Hands on - create your own dashboard

The workshop contains hands on exercises. To complete the exercises, attendees must bring their own laptop and smartphone with data plan.
