[gpl_list] ORURISA GIS in Action flier has wrong dates on it

Hi Phil,

I double-checked the GIS in Action dates that were distributed in the Call for Abstracts. They are unfortunately incorrect. The correct dates are April 22-23, 2019, a Monday and Tuesday.

A correction message will be distributed later today.
