All,

I have volunteered to Chair GPL for the remainder of 2019. (I believe we are doing calendar year appointments.)  Since we’ve taken months to deliberate this topic with no avail, I’ll be surprised if any of you object.  But if you do, please speak up now.  If you were thinking about it but haven’t voiced a definitive yes, now is your chance.  Otherwise, I’m going to pick this up so that we can move forward.
