Thanks Rachel,

I think we all appreciate you stepping up. I believe the changes we have made to the charter will make the workload of GPL more manageable.
The chair position is now just one year, hosting will only be every year and a half or so, and each agency will only have to fulfill the scribe duties once every 18 months or so.
All of us are busy but hopefully when everyone contributes a little bit we all gain more than we give.

Thanks again Rachel, and also thank you to Jon Bowers from ODFW for volunteering for the Vice Chair position.

I have volunteered to Chair GPL for the remainder of 2019. (I believe we are doing calendar year appointments.)  Since we've taken months to deliberate this topic with no avail, I'll be surprised if any of you object.  But if you do, please speak up now.  If you were thinking about it but haven't voiced a definitive yes, now is your chance.  Otherwise, I'm going to pick this up so that we can move forward.
