[gpl_list] 2019-21 Framework Development Program reviewing materials now available

Hello everyone,

I have posted all of the necessary 2019-21 Framework Development Program reviewing materials to the Framework Development Program webpage<https://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/fit-funding.aspx>. I am looking for your support through completion of the following:


1.       Select the 3-4 proposals you will review using the links on the Framework Development Program webpage<https://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/fit-funding.aspx>.

*         If you are a member of multiple reviewing groups, you may review proposals for each group as your time allows.

*         You may also select different proposals for different reviewing groups.

*         Please commit to doing a thorough review of each proposal you select.

*         Please help ensure that each proposal is reviewed by a similar number of reviewers when you make your selections.

2.       Help the proposal teams prepare for and answer your questions by submitting your questions to Framework.Funding at oregon.gov<mailto:Framework.Funding at oregon.gov> by May 26 (or sooner) so that the questions can be shared with the presenters on May 27.

3.       Attend a Reviewing Rubric webinar. I will hold a few 30- 45 minute webinars to go over how to fill out the reviewing rubric. These are intended to align everyone on the reviewing process. You only need to attend one but you can attend multiple. (Calendar invitations are attached.) If you need me to add another date to line-up, please let me know.

4.       Evaluate your selected proposals using the Reviewing Rubric spreadsheet.

5.       Return your completed rubric to Framework.Funding at oregon.gov<mailto:Framework.Funding at oregon.gov> no later than a few days after your reviewing group's meeting (see timeline<https://www-auth.oregon.egov.com/geo/FIT%20Documents/2019-21%20Reviewing%20Timeline%20in%20Detail_v1.0.pdf> for hard deadlines).

FIT Leads and GPL meet on June 11. If you haven't received an invitation, please let me know ASAP.

PAC meeting is being scheduled.

Proposal Presentation Day is May 30 at ODF, 10AM to 3PM. (invitation attached)
