[gpl_list] Power Outage Tracking for Winter Storm

Good morning GIS response partners,

This email is to inform you all of a new dashboard that we created that highlights and features the tracking of power outage numbers. A big thank you to both Kelly Jo Craigmiles (OEM) and Lisa Gorsuch (OPUC) for providing this information.

On the second tab, you'll notice the declared counties listed on the right side. You can remove that county information from the view by clicking on the county name. The chart will automatically adjust to show those remaining.

For reference, we will continue updating this information through the duration of the governor's declaration.
