[gpl_list] Fiber or other communication line data

[NILE Emmor H * ODF]

We have some small datasets of buried communication line data.
We would prefer to consume some external source to ensure we don't damage lines in our firefighting and land management operations.

What to other agencies use?
Does someone have a source they could share?
