[gpl_list] known/current user type needs

Hi all.

Can you please get back to me today if you have identified users in AGOL that are ready to be changed to a different user type but currently waiting on user type flexibility in our org?

Ie... X Creators to be changed to X Mobile Workers;  X Creators to be changed to X Editors/Contributors.

I assume most agencies have not done this assessment, but if you know, or if you have a general estimate that you'd like to implement in the next 9 months, please let me know.  General estimates/guesses are ok.
