[gpl_list] New Dataset Available - USGS HIVIS Cameras

Good morning EMGIG and GPL members,

We have just added a new dataset to ArcGIS Online that features the data coming from the USGS HIVIS cameras network. This includes the latest camera images and timelapse videos for stream gages across Oregon and nationally.

This new dataset has been added to our hazards situation overview<https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/9bb52cec4e4943e195a238f160fbcd12> in the webcams tab and in the flood dashboard for reference. To access this data to use in your own systems, please reference this ArcGIS Online item: https://geo.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=82454fd3aa494aa49ebc1868e23a9d51. This content has also been added to our emergency preparedness data catalog and is available in the secured RAPTOR mapping application.
