[gpl_list] March GPL Minutes and Slides

Good morning GPL members,

Attached are the presentation slides from Nate Herold (NOAA) and the draft minutes from the March GPL meeting. Please email me if there are any changes that need to be made to the minutes.

I've also attached a template that CJ Kunowski (DSL) made for future scribes to use. Thank you again to CJ and all who attended.
