*Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant *

Provide high quality, culturally appropriate health care for an at-risk,
Medicaid, under- or uninsured patient population served by Wallace Medical
Concern. This position involves patient assessment and implementation of a
treatment plan for both acute and chronic conditions, in addition to well
child care and women’s health.  This NP/PA will be part of a small,
multi-disciplinary team.  Care will include performing work-ups on patients
to include a history and physical, collaborating with the patient and
family/caregiver in developing a care plan. This position will document in
EPIC all care and teaching provided in accordance with accepted
medical/legal standards. Provide all medical care in accordance with
accepted practice standards, following clinic protocols, and State of
Oregon licensing guidelines. This position may include on-call
responsibilities.****
