Community Health Analyst 2 or Sr. Community Health Analyst (Tobacco
Prevention),
Lane County Health and Human Services – Public Health Division, Eugene, OR
(CHA 2: $21.21 - $29.39/hour; Sr. CHA: $23.42 - $32.44/hour)

Lane County Public Health is seeking a Community Health Analyst 2 or Sr.
Community Health Analyst.  The person in this position will implement the
countywide tobacco prevention plan which includes developing and supporting
tobacco free policies with various community partners, support
evidence-based tobacco cessation interventions, enforce smoke-free
workplace laws, as well as working as part of a comprehensive prevention
program which develops, implements, and evaluates public health
interventions, programs, and policies that promote and protect the public's
health; and by fostering collaboration, and establishing and maintaining
partnerships with key community partners. This position will join a team of
prevention specialists addressing a range of health issues including but
not limited to substance abuse, suicide, tobacco, problem gambling, and

Community Health Analyst 2 (Coordinated Care Organizations),
Lane County Health and Human Services – Public Health Division, Eugene, OR
($21.21 – $29.39 / Hourly)

Lane County Public Health is seeking a Community Health Analyst 2.  This
position will provide staff support to the Community and Rural Advisory
Councils, part of the newly formed Coordinated Care Organization, CCO, as
well as take the lead in the Community Health Assessment and subsequent
Community Improvement Plan. This position will join a team of prevention
specialists addressing a range of health issues including but not limited
to substance abuse, suicide, tobacco, problem gambling, and obesity
prevention. Prevention program staff addresses population-based health
issues, help develop, implement, and evaluate public health interventions,
programs, and policies that promote and protect the public's health; work
with community partners and members by fostering collaboration,
