Hello Everyone,
The 2011 Grantee & Contractors meeting is coming up July 27th and 28th
the Embassy Suites Washington Square. The registration site will be
ready in the next couple of weeks, and will include the agenda and
session descriptions. The registration process will include a short
interest survey, the results of which will be used to identify the final
breakout sessions and major meeting themes.

The agenda includes an hour of RSN meeting time at the end of the first
day. RSNs are responsible for structuring this time to be most useful
for them. Each RSN will have a room to meet in, as well as a flip chart
stand, paper and pens.

Because most RSNs convene by phone every other month, I'm emailing you
all now so that each RSN can discuss what you would like to do with this
time. You are welcome to invite a Liaison (or more than one!), any HPCDP
staff member, or one or more contractors to participate in your meeting
if that would be helpful. It is up to you to structure this time, and to
make contact with the HPCDP staff or contractors who you would like to
have join in the meeting.

Please stay tuned for more information about the Grantee & Contractors
meeting. If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns, please let
me or your Liaison know.

Best,
Kati
