[HealthyTribes] Update: TPEP Connection

Hi All, 
 
This email is to let you know that we will be taking TPEP Connection down on Wednesday at 5 p.m.  If there are any documents that are currently on TPEP Connection that you will need access to over the next few weeks, please download and save a copy for your temporary use. 
 
TPEP Connection will be off-line for several weeks as we expand and update it to include resources for nutrition, physical activity, self-management and early detection.  We will be re-launching the site later this month as "HPCDP Connection".  We will be sending out the new URL and new login/password information for your use when the new site is available.
 
If you have any questions or need help with TPEP Connection content, please contact your liaison.    
 
Thanks again to everyone who volunteered to help guide this project -- we couldn't have gotten this far without you!
