[HealthyTribes] Small grants to 10 organizations to support Living Well

Congratulations to ten organizations that will be receiving small 3-year grants of $2,500-$5,000/year to support increased participation in Living Well workshops by older adults and people with disabilities.  The funds are part of grant from the federal Administration for Community Living to the Oregon Health Authority.  Below is the list of organizations and contacts.
