[HealthyTribes] Wellness at Work website and assessment tool

Hello grantees,

I hope you all had a great holiday. I wanted to give you an update on the Wellness at Work website and assessment tool. Currently the website is being transferred to the Oregon Public Health Institute (OPHI) as part of our partnership with them. The web address will remain the same (healthoregon.org/wellnessatwork) but the site will be maintained and updated by OPHI.

The site is still functional, but during this time of transition there may be some glitches or gaps. For example, the SAVE function of the assessment tool is not working properly. If you are planning on using the assessment tool, please print your results in case it does not save. This will be addressed during site testing.
