[HealthyTribes] Annual Living Well Data Report now available

Hello,

The annual Living Well Data Report is now available.  This report includes cumulative data from January 2006 through December 2011, divided into three sections: participant data, workshop data and leader data.

Please note that the 2011 County Data Fact Sheets are currently in development and we anticipate that they will be released in March. County Data Fact Sheets will be created only for those counties that hosted at least one workshop in 2011. All other counties that hosted a workshop prior to 2011 will continue to have access to their 2010 reports online.
