[HealthyTribes] Revised budget sheet

Hello TPEP Coordinators,

We've just uploaded a revised budget spreadsheet after realizing that mileage was calculated at .50 instead of the federal rate of .51.  Please use the budget form on HPCDP Connection here:  https://partners.health.oregon.gov/Partners/HPCDPConnection/Pages/RFAs.aspx

We apologize for the error.  If you have already completed your budget, please ensure that the mileage calculates correctly to .51 or let us know to recalculate it for you.  In most cases it will only be a few dollars, so it is an easy fix.  All calculations should be correct if you use the newly posted spreadsheet.
