[HealthyTribes] Updated Oregon Tobacco Laws and Policies Document

We are happy to let you know that Oregon Tobacco Laws and Policies has been updated. The updated document includes the new Smokefree Cars for Kids Law and updates the ICAA to reflect smoke shop certification requirements.

As you may notice, this document is now focused only on tobacco laws and policies, rather than combining Oregon tobacco facts and laws into one document. TPEP has decided to separate the facts and laws into two separate documents. The Oregon Tobacco Facts will be forthcoming.
