[HealthyTribes] Travel Scholarship Request DEADLINE - Grantee In-person and Change Agent Series

HPCDP Grantees,

On July 23rd you received notice that the registration website was available for the 2014-15 Grantee In-Person trainings and Change Agent Training Series.  Most HPCDP grantees are required to attend one of the six in-person training opportunities. Participation in more than one in-person training opportunity and the Change Agent Series is highly recommended. To support these optional opportunities HPCDP will provide travel scholarships to cover the cost of mileage and hotel rooms on an as needed basis. Travel scholarship requests need to be received by 3 PM August 22nd.

-          Sign up for all the trainings you wish to attend, including those you will be requesting scholarships for by Aug. 22nd. You can always edit this at a later time.

-          On the registration page, provide your justification of need, list which additional opportunities you plan to attend and what you are specifically requesting (e.g., Portland in person training- mileage and one night hotel or Newport in person training plus Change Agent Series - two nights hotel only).

HPCDP will review all of the requests, make a determination and notify coordinators of status and next steps prior to the September trainings. You will still be able to sign up for required/optional trainings after Aug. 22nd, but travel scholarship request may not be considered after this date. Contact your liaison with questions.
