Additional information about the Walk with Ease program:
The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease program is a community based physical activity and self-management program. Trained leaders teach participants how to safely make physical activity part of their everyday life. Walk with Ease was specifically developed for adults with arthritis or other chronic health conditions but throughout Oregon it is being implemented in worksites, schools, and community centers with healthy adults. The only pre-requisite is the participant's ability to be on their feet for at least 10 minutes without pain.

Thank you for spreading the word!
