Our next required TPEP webinar is coming up February 11th and 12th. Jennifer Diallo, HPCDP’s Workforce Capacity Coordinator, will be presenting on “Effective Professional Networking.” Please register for one of the two webinar options listed below.


February Required TPEP Webinar: Effective Professional Networking
Networking is an essential skill for policy change agents. Effective professional networking opens doors and influences policy. Policy-makers are more easily influenced by people they know and trust – trust is especially important when your policy goal is very different than their own point of view. Networking with peers is a good professional development strategy that supports career growth through enhancing your effectiveness now and increasing your access to other opportunities down the road. This webinar will include a presentation on networking skills and strategies followed by an interactive discussion and opportunity for coordinators to share their own experiences and expertise in skillful navigation of networking opportunities to support their TPEP work plan goals.
