[HealthyTribes] HPCDP Connection updates summary

Hello TPEP and Healthy Communities Grantees,

HPCDP Connection has been updated with new resources. Some highlights that we wanted to point out include changes to the following sections of the website:

Tobacco

*         New and revised materials in the Indoor Clean Air Act Enforcement Toolkit <https://partners.health.oregon.gov/Partners/HPCDPConnection/Tobacco/Pages/ICAAToolkit.aspx> to align with recent Oregon Administrative Rules changes.
Self-management:

*         Added resources related to working with community partners to support and promote chronic disease self-management programs.
Health Systems

*         This page was recently added to HPCDP Connection. It contains resources and guidance for TPEP and Healthy Communities grantees working with CCOs, other health systems, and their county or tribal clinical services to pursue policy, systems, and environment changes.
Cross Agency Health Improvement Project (CAHIP)

*         This page was recently updated to include specific information on how grantees can reach out to local state agency human services offices and disability-specific organizations. This includes suggested talking points and contact info for the offices.
