Dear New Coordinators,

This is an invitation for a webinar devoted to Oregon Self-Management Programs that will be offered on January 7 at 9:30-10:30am. All coordinators who have been in Tribal TPEP or Healthy Communities for less than a year are required to attend New Coordinator Orientation Calls. Coordinators who have worked in Tribal TPEP or Healthy Communities for more than a year are invited, but not required to attend.

Please register at your earliest convenience. Let me know if you have any questions.

Presenters will provide an overview of self-management programs available in Oregon.  The primary focus will be on the Oregon Tobacco Quit Line, Living Well with Chronic Conditions, Walk With Ease, and Diabetes Prevention Program.  Participants will learn why self-management programs are an important part of the work we do, what are the best approaches to implementing the programs and how to achieve best outcomes.
