Good afternoon RHEC teams,

I wanted to share the following upcoming events that I know of that may be of interest to you all.

(1) Health Care Coalition of Southern Oregon (HCCSO), La Clinica, Care Oregon, Jackson Care Connect, and Communication Across Barriers will be hosting a generational poverty training with Dr. Donna Beegle on Tuesday, April 7th in Medford, Oregon. This event is titled "Breaking the Iron Care of Poverty" and the flyer is attached.

(2) OSU, Health Promotion Department of Student Health Services, is hosting a health inequities symposium April 21-22 in Corvallis. More information and registration can be found here - http://studenthealth.oregonstate.edu/health-promotion/health-inequities-symposium

(3) SO Health-E, AllCare, HCCSO, Jackson Care Connect, La Clinica, the Oregon Health Authority/Transformation Center, and Primary Health, will host a health literacy conference in Grants Pass (4/29) and Medford (4/30). The flyer for the conference is attached.
