Hi Everyone,
The next trainings in the HPCDP in-person grantee training series and the DHPE Systems Change for Health training series will be held in Eugene on December 1-3. If you'd like to attend one or both of the trainings in Eugene and have not already registered, you can register here: http://www.cvent.com/d/wrqvbc
The December 1 grantee in-person training topic is "Building and Supporting Effective Self-Management Referral Systems." The agenda is attached and has been posted to the registration website. If you would like to attend this training and have not already registered, please register by Nov. 20th.
The December 2-3 DHPE Systems Change for Health: Course 2 topic is "Analyzing Potential Solutions." See attached flyer for a description of the course. During this two-day, interactive workshop, participants develop skills for analyzing (comparing) and selecting policy/environmental solutions to health problems. The workshop introduces the need for policy analysis and its relationship to socio-political values. Participants learn about the policy process and how to leverage windows of opportunity for policy agendas. To register for this DHPE Systems Change for Health training, please complete the following two steps by Nov. 23rd:
Step 1 for DHPE Training Registration: Please register on the HPCDP trainings website to reserve a spot and confirm travel accommodations: http://www.cvent.com/d/wrqvbc
Step 2 for DHPE Training Registration: You will receive an email confirmation from Beatty Group for your registration. Next, you will need to register on the DHPE website to receive all training materials: http://www.dhpe.org/events/event_details.asp?id=659257
HPCDP will pay hotel costs for the nights of Dec. 1 and Dec. 2 for grantees and partners attending the DHPE trainings.
If there are any questions, please contact your HPCDP liaison.
Thanks,
