Good Morning Coordinators!

We had a question from a coordinator who is leaving her TPEP position and wanted to know whether to respond to the doodle poll. If you expect a new hire for a vacant position before October, please put in a placeholder reservation for the expected new hire using title rather than name, for example: TPEP - Name of Tribe or County.  You can also put a placeholder title reservation in for other positions where you are sure an additional staff person will attend as part of a team of grantees but are not sure who, for example: TPEP - Xyz County.

Please complete the survey today. We will reserve the number of rooms requested at the government rate. Those who have not requested may have to find their own rooms. HPCDP will cover rooms for grantees for the 3rd, 4th and 5th for conference attendance only. Please budget for any additional nights you expect to stay based on distance or other meetings that you are participating in before or after the conference. Consult with your Community Programs liaison if you have questions about this information.

Thank you for your attention to this doodle poll. It will make it much easier to figure out who needs lodging and help us avoid paying for empty rooms.
