[HealthyTribes] 2015 BRFSS information now available

Hello everyone,

State-level information from the 2015 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) is now available on the HPCDP Data and Reports webpage.
https://public.health.oregon.gov/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/DataReports/Pages/index.aspx

Click on "Adult Data" from the link above and you will see web tables for 2015 (detailed annual data) and for data over time (2010-2015). Remember that the annual tables include age-adjusted estimates, non-adjusted (crude) estimates, and the estimated number of adults affected.  The over time tables only contain age-adjusted estimates. Please review our technical notes page for further explanation of these terms.
