[HealthyTribes] TPEP reporting frequency change

Dear Grantees,

Due to recent Liaison staffing changes and in an efforts to work toward continuous quality improvement across HPCDP's Community Programs, we have decided to reduce the number of TPEP reporting periods for the 2016-17 funding cycle from three (3) reports to two (2) reports. Even though we will have fewer scheduled reporting interviews, we encourage, and in some cases expect, you to reach out to your Community Programs Liaison regularly, particularly if you have questions or are in need of technical assistance. Liaisons will conduct regular check-ins with you as well.

Reporting interviews will take place in the following approximate timelines:

*         Period 1: October 10, 2016 - November 25, 2016

*         Period 2: April 3, 2017 - May 26, 2017

Reporting Periods cover the following dates:

*         Period 1: July 2016 - November 2016

*         Period 2: December 2016 - June 2017

Note: TPEP Coordinators are still responsible for ensuring these reporting interviews are scheduled, so please reach out to your Community Programs Liaison to make appointments.
