Hello Grantees,
I have received a few questions about the numbers and teams for this new Community of Practice. I want to clarify that by calling these regional teams, we did not mean to imply that the entire RSN has to participate as a team. Also, this does not mean to imply that you need 16 people on your team to apply.
The concept is to encourage regional collaboration and strengthen local capacity to share knowledge and respond to industry approaches by prioritizing teams who apply together. In some areas that may mean that a RHEC, Tribe, ADPEP, SPF-PFS and TPEP coordinator might apply together. In other areas, there may be a regional team made up of a few TPEP and ADPEP coordinators from neighboring counties that apply together. The make-up and numbers within a team are up to you. We expect to have a few teams and some individuals from different regions, rather than a single team made up of 16 members in one region.
Please let me know if you have any questions about applying as a team.
Thanks,
Jennifer
