Hello Grantees,
We are excited to announce and invite interested grantees to an upcoming shared learning opportunity! There will be a new Community of Practice starting mid-June.
Topic: Articulating community values to counter alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and sugary drink industry influence
What is a Community of Practice?:
A series of 4 support calls over a specific window of time, intended to build capacity, awareness and leadership among grantees and HPCDP about different industry tactics within local communities. This community of practice will occur in June-July 2018.
Communities of Practice support our shared learning and advancing the adoption and implementation of priorities across the state. They are not ongoing groups but provide a forum for sharing information, best practices, lessons learned and data on a particular focus area. Communities of Practice are learning labs where we work together to develop shared understanding of challenges and opportunities.
Interested? Please see the attached 1-page for further information and how to apply if interested.
