Hello Tribal ADPEP and TPEP Coordinators,

As you know, TPEP and ADPEP grantees across Oregon conducted assessments of the retail environment in 2018. The retail assessment looked at tobacco product availability and marketing, similar to earlier assessments in 2013-2015 and 2016. For the first time, the retail assessment also looked at alcohol product availability and marketing. As part of this assessment, TPEP and ADPEP grantees visited around 2,000 tobacco retailers statewide, many with support from community partners.

Please join us to discuss Tribal Service Area data from the assessment, and the implications of these data, in more detail. We would like to explore how we could support your work in the retail environment, with attention to industry targeting.  We would also like to explore together how we might design a summary report to share the assessment results with your communities.
