The 2019 Grantees and Contractors Meeting brings together local, tribal, and community-based programs working on alcohol, drug and tobacco prevention, chronic disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease self-management.
The Grantees and Contractors Meeting supports the strategic priorities of the Oregon Public Health Division to support health for all Oregonians across the state. These priorities include:
* reducing tobacco use
* decreasing alcohol abuse and misuse
* promoting physical activity
* promoting nutrition
Through the work in communities, Oregonians in every part of the state have more opportunities to be healthy. Our shared work to build resilient communities through policy, systems and environmental change supports people across the state to live tobacco-free, consume less alcohol, reduce drug use, move more, eat more healthfully and better manage overall health.
Please register before October 8, 2019.
Please note: The hotel room block cutoff date is October 8, 2019.
This means that after October 8, the hotel will not hold the rooms for us. Rooms may still be available after that date, but they will not be at the conference rate.
