As you are aware, Governor Brown issued Executive Order 19-09 on the current vaping public health crisis.  Implementation of the Executive Order is underway and will continue to roll out in the coming days and weeks.

We know that our local and tribal public health partners have specific questions related to their role in the implementation of the executive order.  To address those questions, we have started a local and tribal public health specific information document.  The first version of that document is attached.  We will update the document as needed as we get additional questions from you.

If you have specific local or tribal public health-related questions about your role in the executive order implementation please send them to me at danna.k.drum at state.or.us<mailto:danna.k.drum at state.or.us> and we will add them.
