[HealthyTribes] Student Wellness Survey (SWS) website closing

Hello partners,

The website for the Student Wellness Survey (SWS) will soon be closed. At this time, the reports are still available online at https://oregon.pridesurveys.com/.

The Public Health Division's Web Team is creating a new website that will archive the Student Wellness Survey and Oregon Healthy Teens Survey reports. The new site is expected to be available before the Pride Surveys site goes down.

HPCDP has pulled and archived all SWS reports in case the site is closed prior to the new site launching. You can access the reports by sending a request to hpcdp.surveillance at state.or.us<mailto:hpcdp.surveillance at state.or.us>.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We will send out a notification as soon as the new site is up and running. Thank you for your patience!
