Description: During this webinar, the Public Health Law Center will join us to provide an overview of the cannabis equity policy landscape in the U.S. We will examine Oregon's HB 3112 as a case study during the webinar and have time for group discussion and analysis of the proposed bill. There were many questions about HB 3112 during legislative session, and we hope this opportunity will be helpful to walk through what cannabis equity can mean and how to examine cannabis policy proposals with equity and public health in mind.

This webinar is at the usually scheduled time for our Tobacco Prevention and Policy Call to make it easier on your schedules, and we'll be finding additional times to provide program and tobacco retail licensing updates. We hope you can join us!
