[HistoricCemeterieslistserv] Administrative fee plan or procedure

[Historic Cemeteries]

Baker City, as owner of Mount Hope Cemetery, requires $250 for opening 
and closing the gravesite, at least 24 hours in advance, completely 
separate from funeral establishments. Pay direct to the city hall.

I imagine the cemetery owners can do same thing.
