Good morning,

The Washington County Department of Health and Human Services intends to engage in a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for HIV testing, counseling, and referral services through our HIV Prevention funds. In an effort to control the transmission and acquisition of HIV, we aim to increase the number of persons who participate in HIV client-centered counseling, testing and referral services (CTRS) among particular sexual and social networks of persons at higher risk for HIV. The services requested include community-based HIV testing, HIV/STI testing co-located at our high risk clinics, outreach, and PrEP navigation services.

Those interested in engaging in the RFP process must submit a letter of intent.
