Dear Colleagues~
Hello! Happy summer on what seems to be perhaps our coolest day so far. Speaking of cool, I am writing to you in partnership with the OR Viral Hepatitis Collective to announce our upcoming monthly meeting (this week!) and our annual meeting slated for October 2023 (date/place TBD).
Our meeting this week will be on Thursday 7/13 from 5 - 6 pm (always the 2nd Thursday of the month)! The zoom link for all monthly meetings is: https://zoom.us/j/822177325
Please consider coming to the meeting this week as we will be discussing topics for the upcoming OR Viral Hepatitis Annual Meeting. We have had two folx volunteer to help plan this meeting and we are looking for more please. Besides sharing Oregon's Viral Hepatitis Elimination Plan with y'all, we wish for this annual meeting to touch on topics relevant to all people in the viral hepatitis field. Please join us on the planning group and get your important voices heard.
The annual meeting will most likely be held at the PSOB as we can use those rooms for free! The date will be sent out with the agenda very soon. I am so very thrilled to be back as your state viral hepatitis prevention coordinator! I love working with all the partners that Jude, Ann T., Michelle, Tasha, and Gabriela have made over the years! I very much look forward to meeting new partners, collaborators, friends and allies in our work to end viral hepatitis related health disparities and move toward VH elimination in Oregon!
